We are a powder and liquid coating contractor based in Estonia for companies. Our main
products are chemical processing of aluminum profiles and powder coating. We also offer
painting, sandblasting, shot blasting and cleaning off oversized metal structures and
products. We offer our customers a variety of finishing solutions, from structural to
chemical and wear-resistant solutions for both industrial and manufacturing companies.
Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike
conventional liquid paint which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is
typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat or with ultraviolet light. The
powder may be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. It is usually used to create a hard
finish that is tougher than conventional paint. Powder coating is mainly used for coating of
metals, such as household appliances, aluminium extrusions, drum hardware, automobile,
motorcycle, and bicycle parts. More advanced technologies allow other materials, such as
plastics, composites, carbon fiber, and MDF (medium-density fibreboard), to be powder
coated using different methods that require less heat and time.
Liquid Coating is a wet paint process that has been used on various substrates for hundreds of years. Solvent- or water-borne paints provide corrosion protection, UV resistance and aesthetic enhancement. Liquid coatings can be applied electrostatically or with a conventional spray gun and can be air dried or cured in a heated environment which results in a more durable finish than air-dried parts.
Chemical treatment of aluminium Using our services for the chemical treatment of aluminum will guarantee proper paint adhesion and long-term field performance. Chemical treatment of aluminum is a common industrial practice. In fact, nearly all aluminum used in manufactured products is painted. Paint will not bond to aluminum castings or plate aluminum without a proper surface treatment. Chemical treatment of aluminum needs to be approached differently than steel. One does not use caustic based cleaners when cleaning aluminum. Caustic based cleaners are too aggressive on the surface. In addition, the types of mill lubricants, cutting oils, and stamping compounds used on aluminum are different to that found on steel. This is one reason chemical treatment of aluminum is treated differently. There are two methods when applying metal finishing chemicals to metals. One uses either a manual or an automatic application. Manual applications are typically done when we encounter large awkward parts such as airplanes, boats, locomotives, tanker trucks, mining equipment, and other parts that cannot be readily run through a spray washer or immersion system. Smaller parts such as widgets to automobiles are normally run through automatic washer systems. Chemical treatment of aluminum will depend on its end use. For items that are exposed to outdoor elements, like cars, boats, and planes, a very high quality pretreatment and painting process is necessary. For other parts not exposed to the elements, a more simplistic chemical treatment of aluminum and paint process is suitable.
Powder Curing ovens When a thermosetting powder is exposed to elevated temperature, it begins to melt, flows out, and then chemically reacts to form a higher molecular weight polymer in a network-like structure. This cure process, called cross-linking , requires a certain temperature for a certain length of time in order to reach full cure and establish the full film properties for which the material was designed. Abrasive blasting more commonly known as sandblasting, is the operation of forcibly
propelling a stream of abrasive material against a surface under high pressure to smooth a
rough surface, roughen a smooth surface, shape a surface or remove surface
contaminants. A pressurised fluid, typically compressed air, or a centrifugal wheel is used
to propel the blasting material (often called the media). There are several variants of the
process, using various media; some are highly abrasive, whereas others are milder. The
most abrasive are shot blasting (with metal shot) and sandblasting (with sand). Moderately
abrasive variants include glass bead blasting (with glass beads) and plastic media blasting
(PMB) with ground-up plastic stock or walnut shells and corncobs.

Assembly and Packing we provide assembly and custom packing services for numerous customers. The assembly services are not a standard offering and are developed based on customer’s needs. We have assembled laser cabinets, point-of-purchase displays, plumbing fixtures, and much more. By selectively providing these services, we are often able to provide a great deal of value to our customers by helping them to reduce costly and unnecessary shipments of parts.
